Outcomes I envisioned and the Outcomes I acheived by this course

The outcomes that I envisioned for this course are how to use different tools of technology like wikis, blogs, creating custom search engine where we can make good discussions and gather information, knowing about different learning skills of 21st century and improved my knowledge and capability of using technology through online, how technology teach students for learning and improves the knowledge. Develops the education for k-12 students with the help the long range plan and online discussion is good as the student take part in it and implement ideas. I achieved all of these outcomes by using several tools of technology by sharing our knowledge with each other and it gives great flexibility and experiential learning. The actual course outcomes are use of digital technology, new programs need to be organized and implemented so that it attracts the interest of sponsors and make easy for the school. There should be more flexibility to try new methods of teaching and learning to impact teaching and learning. The outcomes that I envisioned are well aligned like most of my friends in our school are very much interested in taking online courses in our regular academics to achieve most updated information that can be gathered online.

Outcomes relevant to work in my school

The outcomes that i envisioned are relevant to the work in my school as it provides quality education and improved performance by creating, using and managing appropriate technological processes and resources. This course has an array of tools that helped me in advanced learning, makes learning better, faster, and cheaper by using self-paced, interactive tools of technology in my regular academics. The course outcomes helped me a lot and I am using this kind of work on my research work too for some extent like searching different journals on the blog and use of different tools like wikis, blogs etc. Most information that i gathered through online helped me to think, create, apply, evaluate whatever I am doing or whatever I do in my school. My school using different technologies like online, distance learning which help me a lot to learn different skills. Online course provides different oppurtunities in the near future.

Outcomes to be achieved

There are several outcomes that I could not achieve like I didn’t find enough place to study without disturbance. We can’t even attracted to more and more students to this course, can’t enable the social construction of knowledge. This course is more expansion of learning and curriculum is also different. There is not much collaborative learning and there are no discussions face to face by the students about the course and the students should engage in higher level thinking and all the tools of technology should be operated in the course not limited to some extent of tools. Digital learning should also be reinforced for the course which is very helpful. Here in this course I am enable to build communities and digital technology the way the young people learn. Focused on limited issues and lack of group controls and gives independent learning and review should be done for the improvement on the progress. Every school should provide a laptop for each student so that they can access the information easily when they are not in the schooland digital technology should develop in every school.

Success in my course assignments

I am very successful in carrying out my course assignments by providing information through various websites and provided by blackboard. The type of assignments provided by this course helped me in learning and preparing for higher degree studies and careers. For me course assignments are successful because of self-discipline and motivation. Participation, communication, speak up if problem raises, if i have any questions meeting the instructor immediately, discussions, sharing ideas through discussions made me successful in carrying out my course assignments.The main drawback that discouraged me is that every school should provide a laptop for each student to their homes so that they can gather the information for their course assignments and also digital technology should develop in every school.

What i learned and introduction of myself

I learned several things where I can feel proud of myself, as I learned a new knowledge skills which could be helpful in my near future. This course offered interaction, quality making interesting learning and effective. The course emphasizes leadership issues and team building skills for continued growth as an instructional leader to improve student achievement through a school improvement process that is directed toward strengthening teaching and learning. Technology helped me a lot, before this course I don’t know how to create a wiki, how to create a blog and these tools of technology helped me to know the information world wide and we can easily discuss, share, create, apply our skills to gain the knowledge and we can even share our knowledge to each other by these tools of technology. This course helped me to learn how the schools are and what are the technologies the schools using and how to improve the schools with the latest technology.
I am Aravinda Mikkeleneni doing my masters in chemical engineering, I have gained knowledge in technical field and want to apply all these skills in my near future.
